Overview
Modern agriculture demands smarter tools. The original DAS platform lacked interactivity and automation, making it hard for users to understand real-time agricultural conditions and predictions.
We rebuilt the frontend using Angular and MapLibre to offer smooth, interactive mapping and data visualizations. On the backend, we used Nest.js and set up a scalable ETL pipeline that extracts prediction results from BigQuery once the machine learning models complete. This pipeline was implemented using GCP Cloud Functions for event-driven execution.
The entire system was deployed on GCP and leverages managed PostgreSQL for reliable, scalable storage. The end result is a more powerful, real-time tool that supports better planning, yield estimation, and agricultural decision-making.
